A whole pig yields approximately 170 - 250 lbs hanging weight of premium pork. Our Red Wattle/Duroc cross pigs are prized for their rich, flavorful, well-marbled meat. Priced at $5.00/lb hanging weight for purchase of a whole pig or $5.75 for purchase of a half pig. A $250 deposit reserves your pig, with the balance invoiced once hanging weight is confirmed.
