The deposit reserves your pig (whole or half). It is non-refundable and goes toward your final total.

By hanging weight. Once your pig is butchered, the hanging weight is confirmed and we invoice you for the balance (total cost minus your deposit).

We send the pig to the butcher. The butcher we typically work with is Del Fox Meats. If that changes, we'll notify you.

The butcher will contact you directly by phone or email to go over your cut selections.

You do. Butcher fees are separate from what you pay us and are handled directly between you and the butcher.

When the pigs are ready to go to the butcher, which is typically late summer to early fall.
